To where, and by what service, does Red Sail ship?
We ship within the United States, via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you'd like to have your items shipped by another service, such as FedEx Express, please contact us at email@example.com BEFORE placing your order, as additional charges may apply.
When will my order ship?
Generally, we ship in-stock orders within 3 business days. We will notify you by email if an item is back ordered, or if there is any other reason for a delay in shipping. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
What forms of payment does Red Sail accept?
Visa, Mastercard. Payments are processed by PayPal, so we do not keep any credit card information on file here at Red Sail.
How can I place an order?

How do I redeem my Red Sail gift certificate?
Add items to your shopping cart. At checkout enter your gift certificate number into the box next to "Gift Certificate Code". Click "update cart". Continue through checkout, entering your billing and shipping addresses. Select you shipping method. If you don't owe any money you won't have to enter a credit card number. If you do owe additional money, you will be asked for your credit card information. If you have money remaining on your gift certificate, you can use the same gift certificate code at your next visit to Red Sail, as your new balance will automatically be updated in our system.
Does Red Sail offer gift-wrapping services?
Yes, we offer complimentary gift-wrap services. You may also purchase a greeting card from our stationary selection, and we will hand write your message and tuck the card in with your gift. Or you can opt to have us write a message on one of our free gift tags.
What happens if the item I order is not in stock?
While we do our best to keep all of our merchandise in stock, on occasion pieces sell out faster than we can update our inventory. In this instance, you will be notified by email and given the choice to cancel, or back-order the item.
What is Red Sail’s return policy?
After receiving your order, you must contact us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number. Items may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the Red Sail sales receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for return.
What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your purchases upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. It is very important that you retain all of the damaged packaging so that a claim may be filed with the shipper. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Red Sail respects your privacy and we will never give or sell any personal information to a third party. The personal information you provide us is used to process and ship your order. You have the option of joining the Red Sail mailing list. We may occasionally send you email regarding sales, new products, and entertaining ideas. You may discontinue these emails at any time by following a link at the bottom of every email.

Creating a registry is as simple as emailing email@example.com a list of the items that you’d like, including color and quantity. Or if you prefer, you can view the inventory and make your selections at a private showing arranged at your convenience. You can personalize your registry by including a note to your guests, providing a delivery address where you’d like your gifts shipped, or selecting the option of not having your registry items gift-wrapped. After that, I will take care of the rest. Within a day you’ll have an online registry, with a direct link that you can share with your friends and family.
