Walnut Trench Carver

This black walnut carver is designed and produced in Vermont to reproduce the feel, weight and balance of the carving boards used in the colonial days of the Green Mountain Boys of New England. The sloped cutting surface allows for juices to gather in the deep end, making this a great dinner plate, or small carver for steaks hot off the grill. Hand wash.
