Going Out of Business Update September 22 2020


- Full-price items are now 40% off, and the discount is automatically applied to those items at checkout.

- Items in the "CLEARANCE" section (with the pink SALE circle in the listing) are 50-60% off their original price.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

- Store credits and gift certificates should be used immediately as no refunds will be given. We will not issue refunds so be sure to pick out enough items to use up your credit. Your credit can not be applied to shipping fees. Please see note at end of this message for instructions on how to place your order.

- Order IMMEDIATELY for best selection as quantities are VERY low and merchandise is selling out very quickly. No special orders and no holds offered.

- Orders may be picked up at our storefront for free before September 28, from 11am-6pm. Please do not come by until you receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup. We estimate orders will be ready within 2 days of purchase, but depending on order volume delays may occur.

- You may have your order shipped by USPS (cost determined by weight and destination). Please note, some items are for in-store pickup only and can not be shipped. PLEASE READ ITEMS DESCRIPTION COMPLETELY TO CONFIRM WHETHER AN ITEM IS FOR IN-STORE PICK UP ONLY. We hope to ship within 5-7 days of purchase, but depending on order volume delays may occur.

- It's just two people processing orders, and we may get swamped. We apologize in advance for delays, and for any mistakes. We are doing the best we can, and we appreciate your patience and forgiveness.

- To help local Oregon communities devastated by wildfire, Red Sail is donating $1 to Red Cross Cascades for every online order we receive by 9/28/20. Shop now so we can deliver a meaningful donation to assist Oregonians in need! We've already raised several hundred dollars, let's get that donation to over $500!




- Visit www.shopredsail.com to make your purchase or come into the store before 9/28/20.

- You will not be able to enter your store credit/gift certificate code at checkout like you normally would now that our 40% off automatic discount is live. 

- Place desired items in your cart and go to checkout. You will see a box in the lower left corner of the "Your cart" page that says, "Add special instructions for your order..".

- Enter your full name, store credit/gift certificate code, and amount in the box. We will double check your balance with our records.


- Continue with checkout, selecting Delivery/Pick Up option. You will have to enter credit card information even if your store credit/gift certificate will cover the cost of your order completely. 

- We will apply your store credit/gift certificate balance as a refund. For example, if your cart total is $75, and you have a $25 store credit, we will process your credit card for $75 then refund you $25.

- Your store credit/gift certificate can not be applied to shipping fees, only merchandise.

No refunds will be given for an outstanding balance. If your cart total is $50 and you have a $100 credit, put more in your cart, you will not be refunded $50. 

- You MUST enter your name, store credit/gift certificate code, and the amount in the box on the cart page that says "Add special instructions for your order..".
